My dog is older now, so she has arthritis that makes it harder for her to play/exercise. But I still love going on leisurely strolls through our yard! It makes us both happy and gets us moving—plus, I love watching her smell ALLLL the smells! It gives me a little serotonin boost😄

I'd feel weird going for a walk without my dogs Raechel, it wouldn't be the same at all. Spending time with all my animals is an essential part of my well-being and I'm a big supporter of animal-assisted therapy 🐕

Love this! We have cats who are hilarious and provide lots of laughs when preternatural. One sits on my husband’s chest and is a great pre-sleep calmer. 🐈
