The key to change is avoiding perfectionism, which we know can be challenging for lawyers. Here’s the Radiant way: Start with what you have: mapped processes, templates, and playbooks. Use the technology already in place, and aim for repeatable processes with the basics you already own. Next, put some basic technology in place. Don’t worry about complex systems, just start with simple ones, many of which are already available in your organisation. Finally, rather than building a top-down transformation programme, try a bottom-up continuous improvement approach. Think of it as ongoing refinement. Remember, 70% of teams aren't doing this yet, which means a huge opportunity for you to lead the change. Don't limit yourself. Iterative improvements are your low-risk path to becoming a contracting hero. Link: https://lnkd.in/dxmstdBe Source: Radiant Law
