Transitioning into new tech systems can be tricky. Here is how my signature Stop Using Spreadsheets (SUS) Method can keep things smooth and on track: 1️⃣ Discover: Know what you need your tech to do for you. You can find a solution to nearly anything and it is easy to get lost in the options! Having clear criteria will help you know if something is a fit. 2️⃣ Research what is possible: Spend some time evaluating what you have already and what is available in the market that can meet your needs. 3️⃣ Design with data in mind: Make your new tool work for you, and create processes that collect the data you need by default. 4️⃣ Implement together: User adoption is key. Form an internal advisory board and ensure your team understands the project goals and agrees wit the timeline. 5️⃣ Refine over time: Provide resources, tutorials, and regular communication to facilitate adaptation. Setup up time for ongoing support and feedback. Remember, listen to users' needs and communicate openly. Proper planning and training will make your company stronger and future-ready. Embrace change and unleash progress! 💪💡 Bonus points! ✨Time estimation: Double or triple it! Course corrections are inevitable. Plan budgets, phases, and priorities accordingly. ✨Inform your stakeholders: Communicate investments in their needs. Keep them informed to minimize disruptions. Got any tips to share?
