This compact design significantly reduces the platform's overall footprint and weight, while simplifying installation and operation. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 Unlike traditional methods that require hydrocyclones and degassing equipment, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗙𝗨 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, integrating multiple stages of separation within a single vessel. This 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, reducing capital expenditure (CAPEX). 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 The Stauper CFU consistently achieves an oil-in-water outlet concentration as low as 9 PPM, significantly outperforming the design limit of 29 PPM. This level of separation ensures the platform remains in compliance with stringent environmental regulations, while also supporting sustainable operations. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹-𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 One of the defining features of the Stauper CFU is its ability to function without the use of chemical additives, such as flocculants, in the produced water treatment process. This not only 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 (𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗫) for our clients but also minimizes the platform's environmental impact, contributing to a more sustainable approach to offshore oil production. 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 Our patented technology enhances the separation of oil from water by maximizing the interaction between oil droplets and gas bubbles, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. This enables higher efficiency with lminimal maintenance requirements, ensuring long-term reliability. A major plant upgrade received from Maibec to boost capacity and reduce GHG emissions significantly.
