Does your event foster engagement AND inclusivity? As a professional emcee with cultural sensitivity, I ensure that diverse audiences feel included and respected throughout your event. It's a small thing that is often overlooked. This effort should not be part of a DEI initiative but an intentional effort to include and engage attendees from start to finish. Not sure how to do that? Let's chat about your event happening in 2025. I would love exchange event energy with you and activate your attendees so they rave, return and refer others to attend! #emcee #eventhost #proemcee #liveevents #meetingandevents #meetingprofs #eventprofs

Give away No3: Events This year I have seen so so so many people organising in-person #events, which i amazing. I am going to and speaking at quite a few this year and am all for it. What I want is for these to help people like me have the best time. To share information, learn from and connect with others. Which is helped by taking a few minutes to consider how to make your event as accessible as possible. In all of these toolkits I have tried to give examples of free (or very low cost) and achievable actions. Because inclusion doesn't have to be complicated, or expensive. You don't have to do all of them all at once. You can do a few this time, and a few the next. And you have absolute permission to adjust them to meet your specific event's needs and audience. As long as the thinking is "how to I make this event as accessible and enjoyable for as many people as possible", you are on the right track. And if you want a more in-depth discussion about how to make your event more inclusive- drop me a DM. I'd love to help you. #conference #mastermind #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek2024 #InclusionAndDiversity #EventPlanning

Welcome to part 3 of our multi-event/series blog series! Events often try to schedule their activities so participants can engage in multiple events. This not only enhances the fun and engagement for participants but also boosts revenue for the event organisers. A common scenario is when event scheduling allows participants to enter and pay for multiple event options or sessions within a single day or weekend festival. https://lnkd.in/gZ8Zmb7X

When you’re planning an event, there are certain things that are costs and there are certain things that are investments, and when you’re putting that into an event you’re going to get paid back by more loyalty, higher retention, and higher sponsorship. Your sponsors are going to be happy, which is going to attract other sponsors, and your attendee base is going to continue to support you and be more okay with it when you have to raise prices because they’re having really strong experiences. https://buff.ly/49jJB1z #assnchat #eventprofs #meetingprofs
