80% of founders who post on LinkedIn make this 1 mistake: Focusing on showing off their expertise. So they post only about: - Company updates - Awards they’ve won - Events they’ve attended - Conferences they speak at. But did you know by focusing only on yourself and your achievements, you are actually pushing your audience away? Why? Because people want connection, not perfection. They care about how you can help them, not just what you’ve achieved. Approach it this way instead: 1. Start with the reader in mind What problem are they facing? Speak directly to that. 2. Share relatable stories People connect with people, not perfection. Share your journey, struggles, and lessons. 3. End with value Give a tip, question, or insight that your audience can apply immediately. (But this won’t happen if your content feels like a sales pitch.) The goal isn’t to impress—it’s to build trust, foster relationships, and grow your influence. Write to serve, not to show off. P.S: Have you also noticed this? P.P.S: Statistics shared is based on Founders in my network.

2 Booked calls with 2 Founders in a span of 2 Days! I've been working on my outreach strategies For 2 months now And finally I've figured it out! Last week I reached out to several founders I booked 2 calls and few leads are still in the line And pretty sure that I'll close that deal too if everything goes right! So this is my outreach strategy -Every Sunday I scrape at least 50 Linkedin profile of Founders -From these 50 founders I short list 20 by doing some research -On Monday I send them the first message -On Wednesday I follow up with them And here's the best part -I first send an inmail without even sending a connection request Why? This way I get a chance to send a follow up in the form of a personalized note! Otherwise sending follow ups on Linkedin is pretty tough because Usually people don't accept your request without a follow up That is how I close founders! And let me know if you guys want me to organize a masterclass To teach you the entire outreach stuff Along with the message/email template that I use Dm me for services because I'm Aditi and I build Brands that Trends for Founders in a span of 60 days Also Follow for more!

Why are so many founders staying silent when they should be louder than ever? I work with founders every day, and one thing is clear: Those who actively share their journey, insights, and challenges are the ones who stand out. Yet, many founders think LinkedIn is just “too much work” or that their story isn’t interesting enough. But here’s the truth: 💥 Your personal brand is already out there – whether you control it or not. Every comment, every silent profile visit speaks louder than you think. Why not take control? By being visible on LinkedIn, you’re not just building a network—you’re shaping your narrative (..and of course generating leads). People follow people, not logos. And if you’re not telling your story, someone else will. Stop wasting the potential. Investors, partners, and top talent are more likely to reach out when they know who you are. 👀 So, are you actively building your brand, or letting it be built for you?

You can’t get 5 new clients on LinkedIn today. (Here’s what you can do to get them in 30 days) Focus on what’s achievable. You can: - Connect with 5 new people who are ideal clients. - Get a conversation going in the DMs, go on do it! - Share a valuable insight from your field of expertise. - Comment on 15 posts to engage with your community. It’ll only take you 30 to 60 minutes a day. But, in a few weeks, you’ll have: - A more engaged network - Better visibility with the right clients - Better relationships = more clients Don’t say: "I want to get 5 new clients on LinkedIn today" Instead, say: "I want to connect with 15 new people today" Pick consistent daily engagement over aiming for viral posts. Because those relationships are what lead to future clients. P.S. What have you done today to move the needle forward?

LinkedIn isn’t about waiting for your audience to find you If that’s your strategy, you’ll be waiting forever Success on LinkedIn isn’t passive it’s about showing up and making it happen. → For the consultant who shares sharp insights consistently + actively connects with others. (so they’re always top-of-mind with prospects) → For the business owner who dives into the comments with answers - builds real trust through engagement. (because credibility isn’t enough—trust seals the deal) → For the solopreneur who crafts content that speaks to their audience’s needs - draws the right people in effortlessly. (because valuable content attracts valuable opportunities) The ways to build visibility? Endless But here’s the catch: Knowledge alone doesn’t build an audience I help experts stop waiting to be found Instead, they show up, connect, and turn their expertise into opportunities That’s the power of visibility

How will you leverage technology, but not lose the Human Touch? In an era where a LinkedIn connection might be mistaken for a meaningful relationship, it’s crucial to leverage technology smartly. Tools like LinkedIn, Twitter (or X), and industry-specific platforms are fantastic for keeping your finger on the pulse and scaling your reach, but they are not replacements for deeper engagement. Schedule regular check-ins, coffee meetings, or a quick call. When you can, go for face-to-face interactions. These personal nuances are what elevate a contact to a connection. Remember, the strongest networks are built on genuine relationships, not just digital handshakes.

Are you leveraging LinkedIn to its full potential? 🚀 Most of us are getting it wrong. Yes, posting content is essential, but where the magic truly happens is in the follow-up. It's not just about saying "thanks" to Bob for his comment; it's about engaging him in a genuine conversation. 🗨️✨ Why? Two reasons: +You get to deeply understand your ideal client persona. +You're building meaningful relationships. People feel valued when you take the extra step to interact personally. LinkedIn is more than a content platform; it's a networking powerhouse. 🌐💬 Start conversing, not just posting. The result? A robust pipeline of inbound leads. Our growth is a testament to this strategy. 📈💼
