Elevating the Expertise that Already Exists within the Organization 🎯 We recently led a PD session for an amazing team of K-12 educators, and while we introduced (or for some, re-introduced) specific teaching techniques through our session, it was also clear that there was a great deal of instructional expertise already present in their organization. By creating a learning space where we could leverage the strengths of their own educators, the team was able to identify powerful solutions and next steps from within — enhancing instructional practice and deepening collaboration.
