Thank you for joining us at the "PURE Stage x Les Mills Experience" over the weekend at the wonderful wellness event, FWE. We are excited to see that most of the classes were completely full, accumulating 600 minutes of exercise time with our instructors over the two-day event. Instead of just organizing events and classes, a more important way to “improve” your overall customer experience is to educate your irresponsible customers on proper gym etiquette and ensure they follow. Nothing else matters if your gym is just full of selfish, inconsiderate people who don’t clean up after themselves. Signs are clearly not enough, something more needs to be done.
