Today, I visited 𝗟𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 in Williamsburg, New York as part of my #WorkFuel series. See my review below. And yeah, you are reading right. Le Labo has its own little cafe here in WilliB next to the perfumery where they serve La Colombe Coffee Roasters medium roast coffee. This coffee was actually not so hot so I didn’t use any ice cubes. You get everything that you are used to from La Colombe quality roast. Personally, I’m not the biggest fan of the La Colombe 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 as it borders taste-wise a little bit on the watery side and lacks complexity. But I have to say that the large coffee was really surprisingly well-priced: $3.50 Something I didn’t expect from a Le Labo-associated coffee place as prices tend to be found closer to the upper echelon 😉 The 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 reason for my lower rating for the coffee is the fact that it’s not their own coffee so it’s hard to evaluate. However, the place is styled as you would expect from Le Labo and it’s a cool place to hang out. You see a couple of people working on the laptop so that’s also an option and it was very quiet.
