Imagine this: You’re managing a busy production floor with tight deadlines, high output goals, and a workforce that keeps you on your steel-toes. You’re making hires, keeping the team motivated, and meeting targets, but the turnover in certain roles? Constant. The risk of workplace claims? Always in the background. This is where payrolling comes in, quietly protecting your business while making workforce management easier and more flexible. If you’re not familiar with payrolling, here’s the quick lowdown: it’s a service that goes beyond traditional payroll, handling everything from onboarding to the risk management side of employment. But in industries like manufacturing, skilled trades, and warehouse or distribution environments, payrolling can do something even more powerful: it can protect your business. Let’s dive into how. https://bit.ly/3O1G2TQ

#HRChallenges #PayrollManagement #HRandFinance Hey everyone! 👋 I was chatting with a fellow HR professional the other day, and we both noticed something pretty interesting - how many of us are expected to take on payroll responsibilities as part of our HR roles? 🤔 As an HR manager currently on the job hunt, I've come across multiple positions that seem to require a heavy toll on payroll management. I'm not entirely comfortable with the idea of being fully responsible for payroll, especially when there’s typically an accounting or finance team already in place. Here's what I've encountered: During interviews, I’ve found that companies often shift expectations dramatically. What starts as an HR role can quickly become a position requiring complete payroll management—think a whopping 70% of the job responsibilities! 😱 I recently interviewed at a company with a six-person accounting team, yet they want the HR manager to take on 100% of the payroll duties—which just feels off, right?...
