Without a single exception, every single exceptionally brilliant marketer I have met has never given me an answer to my questions. At least, not immediately. Instead, they have always had follow ups. To every problem I have presented, they have asked me 16 and 3/4th questions about the problem itself. And, more often than not, they have said “let me think about this and tell you”. Without a single exception, every novice marketer has 16 and 3/4th solutions to every problem before I can even complete my question. The better they get, the more I-don’t-know’s they have.
