For those of you who run on #EOS, what does your management team look like? As our company grows, it seems natural to bring more more people to the management team to quickly gather information and address issues. However, I want to be cautious of having too many people around the table, as the cost of meeting in large groups runs high. For additional context, our company has active owners and has layered in middle managers, but we’re not at a point to invest in a full C-suite at this time.
