🟢 🔴 🔵 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿. 1.𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀. Stepping away allows your brain to reset. 2.𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁. Working non-stop leads to exhaustion. 3.𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆. Solutions often appear when you are not actively thinking. Try the 𝗣𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗼 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲: work for 25 minutes, take a 5-minute break. Find the rhythm that works best for you. Taking breaks is not a waste of time but keeps you productive.
