When a team of dedicated individuals makes a commitment to act as one, the sky’s the limit. This simple yet profound truth encapsulates the essence of unity and collaboration. As we gather here today, we are reminded of the extraordinary potential that emerges when we join forces with a common purpose. In the realm of faith, we understand that our strength lies not just in our individual abilities but in our collective resolve. When we align our efforts, we transform challenges into opportunities and dreams into realities. Just as the sky is vast and limitless, so too are the possibilities that unfold before us when we work together with unwavering dedication. Each one of us brings unique talents and perspectives to the table. But it is in the synergy of our combined efforts that we truly harness the power to achieve greatness. Like the stars that adorn the night sky, each of our contributions shines brightly, illuminating the path forward. Let us remember that our journey is not merely about reaching the destination but about the unity and spirit we cultivate along the way. It is through our shared commitment and collaborative spirit that we transcend limitations and reach new heights. As we move forward, let us embrace this vision with open hearts and a unified purpose. For when we come together with faith and determination, we prove that, indeed, the sky’s the limit.

I absolutely agree children in society should be thought: Grammar Spelling and Vocabulary At least Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry American and English (or other national literature of interest) Biology, Anatomy, Microbiology Basic Physics and Physival Science Optional Religion class Human development and Psychology (the core stuff) But that sounds like 2 years of HS to me - below sound like the other two years. Ya know, prepare them for adulthood and society. POV - social etiquette could be paired with US v. (Choose a teacher that came from Africa, ME, SEA, Asia, EU (W/E), SA and or Native American. Then you learn what is great about our culture but in contrast with great things from a culture that you have interest in OR perhaps come from and have a classroom contribution).
This needs to happen to bring America back to the forefront and get our young people on track for the future…!

“On this side of eternity, people are the greatest investment we’ll ever make.” Mark Ables, the President of Ables Landscapes, knew he wanted to invest more deeply into his team. Mark shares, “These people need more than prayer, they need a hand, they need someone in their life who is going to advocate for them and help them. And we have a chance to do that.” If we view our businesses as our ministries there are significant factors to consider when it comes to how we care for our teams. Through a ministerial lens, we see the importance of finding tangible, meaningful opportunities that can make a difference in the lives of our team members. What are some practical ways that you pour into the lives of your employees both inside and outside of the workplace?
