Can you only see one version? The Method say human behavior is predictable. It is normal to see it the way you instantly see it. It's less normal to be able to switch and see it the other way. It is even less normal to have developed the mental ability to switch back and forth in what you see on command. Human nature is to argue a position. Strategic Growth is unlocking the power of innovation by training your mind to quickly see multiple explanations for what seems simple at first glance. This removes bias and lack of bias accelerates solution crafting. This can be learned.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗹𝗲? In the days of assembly line work, diligence was the central factor for value creation. What has changed with knowledge work is now being reinforced with the advent of GenAI: it's no longer about diligence, it's about finding creative and fast ways to solve problems. 𝗢𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀: 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 - 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱. As knowledge workers, we are primarily problem solvers. The key question we all have to ask ourselves is: how can we solve the relevant business problems in the most efficient way possible? Studies have shown that decisions and solutions are significantly better when not just two, but three different solution options are developed for a problem. One of the reasons: In the spirit of “thinking fast”, the obvious solutions come to mind first. However, forcing yourself to work out a third option often leads to a better solution. This is because creative ways are found to combine the advantages of options 1 and 2 while minimizing the disadvantages. “The real problem is not whether machines think but whether men do.” – B.F. Skinner The statement by B.F. Skinner provokes an important reflection on the role of human intelligence in a world increasingly dominated by technology. While machines continue to advance in their capabilities, it is crucial for us, as humans, to nurture and utilize our own capacity for critical thinking, creativity, and empathy. Our ability to connect with one another on a deeper level is what truly sets us apart from machines. In a society where automation is becoming more prevalent, it is our humanity that will guide us in shaping a future that is both innovative and compassionate. Let us continue to cultivate the qualities that make us uniquely human. When it comes to design you can see people communicate with each other to create a technology for society and when creating we should not use it to harm others or for our only selfish achievement. #ThinkCarefully #SelfReflection #CriticalThinking #Creativity #Cultivates #CreateForAll #ChooseForTheBetter #BeBetter
