I've been actively recruiting in the UAE for several months now, and this is my top 3 sources for recruiting:
1) Unsurprisingly, LinkedIn remains the go-to platform for hiring across various roles such as Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations - especially with LinkedIn Premium.
2) Thanks to recommendations from Veronika Nogovitsina, I explored several Telegram channels, mainly created by her 😃 , catering to Russian specialists and top managers. This strategy proved successful in filling positions in Finance, Marketing, and HR. Notably, I closed a Finance Manager position within just 3 days through one of these channels 😱
3) Network - it’s everything here, guys, so you have to connect to multiple people to do business here.
Additionally, I've used one of my fav platforms like Geekjob and Join to further diversify my recruitment channels.
