As the year winds down, I’ve found myself reflecting on the trail I’ve walked in 2024—a mix of adventure, growth, and cherished memories. Personally, it’s been a year of focusing on what truly matters: traveling with my kids while they’re still young enough to enjoy tagging along, prioritizing health, and meeting up with friends to create memories that will last a lifetime. These moments remind me why the journey is as important as the destination. Professionally, I took the plunge into the world of entrepreneurship and started my own venture, Beyond Axis. It’s been a step beyond the corporate world—a chance to create something meaningful, make an impact, and maybe even leave a legacy. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support from my family and friends (After all, I’m a Gujrati, and entrepreneurship is in our blood! 😄). Now, it feels like I’m at base camp—time to pitch the tent, sip a warm drink, and enjoy the view of the trail behind me. With the summit in sight, it’s a moment to recharge, reflect, and get ready for the climb ahead. Wishing you all a holiday season filled with peace, love, and a little magic. Awesome that you’re here! 👏 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗗 2024 has been 𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 for Kvadrant. Very healthy growth despite the challenges in the industry, lots of great work delivered and plenty of our own research, writing and knowledge sharing — this year with many events in our office. We look back at a year where we took on larger and more challenging work for both enterprises and private equity, successfully going head-to-head with the larger players in our industry. So put into one word; proud. 👀 𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗨𝗦 What’s on the horizon for 2025? While we’re all looking forward to some Christmas-induced relaxation, we’re also looking at a 2025 with a new book coming shortly (no spoilers!), more and larger events and even more great people joining… and of course the annual ski-trip ⛷️🚠 There’s no shortage of people with a bleak outlook for the future out there. There’s things enough to be worried about in the world, as ever. But when we look at the companies we work with and our own trajectory, we are absolutely optimistic, curious and looking forward to another great year 🚀

But this year, it's been tough to stay even in the top 20 - my colleagues are crushing it with 50k steps a day like it's nothing! Sharing highlights from our annual Prozone Xpress Logistics Inc Sportsfest: I've always wanted to celebrate our anniversary through movement. Movement, to me, is healing—it's fun and promotes teamwork, which is one of our core values. It's a value I hope everyone embraces, not just today but in everything we do. While we’re usually focused on delivering for our customers, today was about switching things up—a chance to unwind, reconnect, and strengthen relationships across teams. Sometimes, having fun is just what we need to refresh and refocus. As part of the day, we also shared some guiding principles for success: ✨ A positive outlook to inspire ourselves and others 💪 Hard work to drive progress 🛠 Resourcefulness to tackle challenge This year’s theme is captured beautifully in a song my son created using AI—an idea inspired by a lesson he picked up from Eric P., a tech leader we met in Bali. Here are two stanzas: "Boxes moving, fast trucks on the go, Delivering dreams that's how we roll. Sweat on our brow, yet spirits high, Together we lift each other to the sky.
