From policy space to academia! A journey's worth is determined by its depth of knowledge and experience and not just the timeline. Being at Woxsen University has been a turning point in my career, providing me with practical experience in both academics and internationalisation while also advancing many facets of this field together. I've learned a lot, grown, and gained a lot of different things here, which sets an ideal foundation for me to improvise my career at this point. I see both sides of the coin and understand how crucial dynamics are for both students and faculty/staff. It is important to note that this thinking was substantially influenced by the experience shift. I'm grateful for each and every day that I get to spend working. You must also have a story to share, I'm sure! which actually enters with various experise and sectors. To put it briefly, everything you learn and produce adds to your skill set.
