Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and associate referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline. Proactively headhunt candidates for niche roles. Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinating and managing the interview process, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers. Providing timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices. Advising hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability. Ensuring clear and consistent communication between all stakeholders involved in the hiring process. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance. Ensuring that the recruitment process is compliant with company policies and local labor laws. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Contributing to the development and promotion of the company’s employer brand. Participating in and organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Creating and managing job advertisements that attract high-quality candidates. Key Requirements:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT/ITes industry or a related field. Strong understanding of the Indian job market and recruitment landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
