This individual will support the Client Services strategy and will ensure their team provides the highest level of client satisfaction by executing on that strategy. All Client Services Supervisors will report to the Senior Manager, Client Services. This individual will have regular contact with various internal stakeholders and must be comfortable making decisions in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous work environment. This work is complex in nature, where judgment, tact, and initiative are required to resolve problems. The Client Services Manager will also be required to carry out other duties, projects, or activities as specified by their management. To be qualified for this position: Bachelors degree in business, Operations, or a related field, or the equivalent in related work experience Minimum of 5 years of managerial and progressive customer service experience Minimum 10 years of working knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management domain (US Healthcare) and practice management software applications. Experience in inbound international voice process would be preferred. You will set yourself apart: If you have experience creating a support strategy across business lines and delivering results If you can continuously drive and lead the effort of building efficiency in the processes. If you are able to foster and maintain a harmonious work environment across the operations in line with Company guidelines You will be: Supporting and executing the Client Services support strategy. Taking abstract ideas and defining expectations and processes. Analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and making recommendations. Coordinating with stakeholders to track, escalate, and resolve issues. Coordinating with the Client Services Supervisors to make sure SLA expectations are met and any necessary training of staff is completed.
