In the future of the work, well-being will be a central theme. Healthy workspaces are crucial for enhancing productivity, boosting morale, and reducing stress among employees. When creating those healthy workplaces one should not only consider ergonomics, air quality, healthy snacks and quiet zones. Also active spaces are important to encourage physical activity, especially for employees who do desk work. Providing spaces like standing desks, walking treadmills, or even a small gym area are excellent. Together with Sport Vlaanderen we show how this can be integrated at our Living Tomorrow Campus.

Celebrating International Men’s Day with Pride & Balance ♂️ As General Manager at Roco Truck Bodies, in an industry where men are often the majority, I'm proud to say that inclusivity and diversity are always at the top of my mind. Did you know today is Cycle to Work Day? 😄 🚲 Today is a day that encourages employees across the country to swap their cars for bicycles and take part in a healthier, more sustainable way to commute. The Cycle to Work scheme was established as a way of promoting healthier journeys to work whilst also reducing air pollution. According to the Cycle to Work Alliance more than 2 million commuters working for 40,000 employers have received a bike through the scheme. So how does the Cycle to Work Scheme work? It is a government backed initiative that allows employees to acquire cycling gear in a cost-effective way. Payment for the goods is deducted from their monthly salary instead of paying any upfront cost.
