Fridyayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy 🌟 Reflecting on an Amazing Weekend at FWE, https://lnkd.in/gDGAWvQ6,! 🌟 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us at the FWE last weekend! 🙏 It was incredible to see so many kids, adults, and people from all walks of life trying out Pole, Silk, and Hoop at Tao Dance Arts 🎪 (IG: @taodancearts). While we can't predict how many will become regulars, our goal of sparking interest and awareness in these unique sports arts was truly fulfilled. 🌟 Hearing comments like, "Yay, I've always wanted to try this but..." and seeing those "buts" turn into action was incredibly rewarding💪. This was our first time participating in such a fair, and despite the amazing support from everyone, I must admit, we're exhausted. 😅 My energy levels are low, and a break sounds like a dream. However, without a proper system to monitor the market, competitors, and customers, taking a break feels like a luxury we can't afford. 🕵️♂️ For those of you in management, I understand the challenges of balancing multiple priorities. ⚖️ Imagine freeing up your time to develop a solid strategy for the coming years. 📈 If you have any remaining market research budget, let's spend it wisely. 💡 Or if you're looking to understand how to set up the best tools and approaches to gain market insights, let's chat! 💬 🌱 Loving what we do and doing what we love is a blessing! The project “STARTO for you,” featuring 14 groups and 75 members of STARTO ENTERTAINMENT, will release a charity single CD titled “WE ARE” on June 12th. This release comes in two formats: CD+Blu-ray and CD+DVD. The included Blu-ray/DVD features the music video and lyric video of the title track, as well as footage of the “WE ARE” performance at Kyocera Dome Osaka. While the physical release of the CD is set for June, the early distribution of the single is already available for streaming and download! All links can be found here: https://lnkd.in/gWunHHRe This heartfelt piece was crafted with the intention of offering music that can act as a beacon of hope for those enduring ongoing challenges and deep sorrow following the Noto Peninsula earthquake of 2024, wishing for their swift recovery and brighter days ahead. “WE ARE” is an anthem of encouragement, urging people to press forward toward a brighter future despite the difficulties and sorrows encountered along life’s journey. It carries a message of solidarity and support to all those who find themselves wounded and saddened amidst the trials of life. Participating groups include NEWS, SUPER EIGHT, KAT-TUN, Hey! Say! JUMP, Kis-My-Ft2, timelesz, A.B.C-Z, WEST., King & Prince, SixTONES, Snow Man, Naniwa Danshi, Travis Japan, and Ae! group. Furthermore, this work serves as a charity song, with all proceeds from the production being donated in full to the victims of the Noto Peninsula earthquake. Quick! Don’t think about Cheerios. “Cheerios with Heart” is definitely not a fame ad, and it doesn’t need to be. Cheerios has spent the past 80 years building a very strong brand, and they’re about as famous as cereal is gonna get. (They’ve been doing product, pricing and place pretty well, too.) The thing about fame, though … it’s fleeting. If all the Cheerios in the world disappeared tomorrow, you’d simply find another cereal. Assuming you eat cereal. Plenty of people don’t. Regardless, you might never think about Cheerios again. That’s why category leaders consistently build and maintain an emotional connection between their brand and the audience. I’m about to celebrate AlmCrown’s 10 year anniversary. If I could do it all over again, here’s what I would change: 1) I’d secure financing as early as possible. I didn’t get proper financing until my ninth year. Before that, it was the Bank of Jason. Bootstrapping may work for some, but it was tough for me. 2) Don’t be afraid to delegate. This is challenging for me. It often feels like I’m the only one that can get things done. But, ironically, without delegating, things often take longer to get done. 3) Outsource time-consuming, routine work like answering phones. I used to think that if I could do it I shouldn’t pay anyone else. That cost me time and money in the long run. 4) Over communication is better than no communication. It’s important your staff is in the loop at all times. Otherwise, how do you expect them to keep up? 5) Don’t neglect the gym. Physical health is just as important as your business’s financial health. Taking care of myself wasn’t as much of a priority as it should have been when I was trying to get my company off the ground. 6) Don’t assume handshakes are binding. Until something is put in writing and signed, it’s not final. And here’s one thing I would never change: Value the people that made it all possible.
