So, you think you’ve got machine learning all figured out? Well, precision vs. recall might still throw you a curveball. These two metrics are like the heart and soul of a model’s success, but they can be a bit tricky to wrap your head around at first. Don’t worry, though—we’re here to break these concepts down for you.

🎉 Errol is in beta and needs your help! 🎉 I’m excited to introduce Errol, my new spam analyzer based on AI models! This project is part of my university studies, and to make it even more effective, it needs a bit of help… from you! 🧐 What is Errol? Errol is a tool that analyzes your emails to detect spam. It’s still learning (just like me! 🎓), so the more data we feed it, the smarter it gets. It just needs a bit of training. 💪 🛠️ Why you? I don’t have enough data yet to make Errol super powerful, and that’s where you come in. Every email you submit helps improve the tool. The more material you give it to analyze, the better it will become at distinguishing spam from legitimate emails. 🧠 💻 How does it work? 1. You log in to our Jira portal: This one - https://lnkd.in/eYHjvwHQ 2. You submit your suspicious emails for analysis. 3. Errol takes care of everything and sends you back its verdict. ⚠️ Important: Errol is still young, and it needs as much data as possible to become a real pro. So if you have any spam or legitimate emails lying around, please send them over—it will help a lot!

Hey, Boizzz. Finally, make this automated email scrapping pipeline to grab emails from the internet for free. This pipeline would go to Google to search for the company name from the list that you provided and find the latest email from there. Later, it will post the real email result to the Google Sheet file. This is a free link to copy a free pipeline ahaha 👇🏿 https://lnkd.in/e22NAxCQ #email #mailoutreach #outreach #ai

"As the number of customers increases, a company’s opinion of them goes down." - Rich Ziade's Rule of Scaling from today's Aboard newsletter. Dang if we haven't seen that over and over. I agree it happens, but I reject the idea that it MUST happen. Humans are bad at…well, most things unless we choose the comparison to swing in our favor…but specifically we are bad at (1) big numbers and (2) empathy outside our immediate circle. So when we have a big number of customers those two things align. In a bad way. We can't picture a big number of customers and we can empathize in only the broadest possible or most abstract way. Incidentally, this means we just assume them are like us. It's called Consensual Bias or False Consensus. Read up on it because you do it and should learn not to. Anyway. I'd frame this as a Condemnation of Scaling rather than a rule. It's a black hole. Don't get sucked in because it will crush you into spaghetti. I don't know if there is a way to understand your customers if you're Microsoft or OpenAI or Coca-Cola. But few of us are. I'm not trying to solve how to understand your customers at that scale. But there is a way to fight against it. To align your team and your business with your customers. Bring Customer Understanding to your work. Don't treat them like Leads or Transactions to be optimized first.

My revenue grew really fast- so did the responsibilities. With more responsibilities came some gnarly learning curves 👇 🔥 More fires to put out 🎯 More data to track 🤯 New problems to solve for If you didn't know, we evolved really fast. 95% of cold email agencies rely ONLY on volume- using templated emails that have nothing to do with the actual lead. Due to saturation in cold email- we have shifted our entire strategies to using a new tool called Clay to automate data aggregation and AI implementation to create unique copy. Moral of the story? Evolve. Deal with the fires. Because otherwise, you're a dead man sitting like a duck- about to be overtaken by.... people like me!
