TIP OF THE WEEK: As we come to the end of the year, it’s a good idea to go over a few items to prepare for the new year. 1 – Review the past year and make note of what was successful and what was not. Do you need to implement something new to improve areas that were inefficient or strengthen further areas that are doing well? 2 – Evaluate your marketing strategies and make note of which campaigns were successful, and which were not. Consider what adjustments might be needed and if there are any new marketing campaigns you would like to pursue. 3 – Set clear and measurable goals for the new year. Don’t be too vague with your objectives and be sure the goals are realistic and achievable. 4 – Review your business plan to make sure it still aligns with your goals for the coming year and adjust where needed.
