A Holiday Note from PinkPiano Inc. It’s the time of year when twinkling lights blend with candle flames, inviting us (sometimes forcing us!) to pause and appreciate what binds us together. At PinkPiano, we love the mix, the mix of Chanukah blue and white with Christmas red and green, as much as teams from engineering and marketing can bring fresh and unexpected ideas—all the year-end festivities bring out the season’s magic. But more than that, we believe our different backgrounds make us geniuses—truly, everyone’s a genius in their own way. Diversity is the cornerstone of creativity. It can be challenging at times, after all, each of us cherishes our own heritage so deeply that it can be a stretch to see someone else’s as equally beautiful. Yet if there’s ever a time for wonder, beautiful illusions, and a dash of enchantment, it’s now. Whether your holiday spark comes from a jolly fellow, an oil miracle, or a tradition we haven’t even heard of yet—enjoy it fully and stay open to the magic in everyone else’s celebrations. So send out your love, your peace, and all those good wishes you believe in. And remember to embrace every angle, every fresh perspective, because that’s where innovation truly thrives. From all of us at PinkPiano Inc., here’s to a season of warmth, connection, and exciting possibility. Happy Holidays, and may you find wonder around every corner! Love and Light!

Coming to you with the 'Feliz Navidad' lights today after experiencing a Canarian Christmas and the wonder of embracing different traditions. (ironically this picture was taken at RHS Bridgewater in Manchester at their gorgeous GLOW event!) What are your favourite Christmas or New Year traditions? 🎄✨ For some, the Christmas break can be jam packed with rituals that have passed through the generations like decorating the tree, baking festive treats, exchanging gifts, or gathering with loved ones. But not every tradition looks the same, and that’s the beauty of it! This time of year is a reminder that traditions are as unique as the people who create them. Whether you celebrate with classic customs or are starting your own, what truly matters is finding moments of joy and connection that resonate with YOU. (not because others think you 'should' (or shouldn't) be doing something!) Take a moment to: 🌟 Reflect on what really brings you happiness this season. 🌟 Embrace traditions that feel meaningful, even if they’re unconventional. 🌟 Create new memories that fill your heart with joy and gratitude. Remember, Christmas isn’t about creating 'perfection' (whatever that looks like!) it’s about celebrating in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling. If that means having a quiet night with a good book, volunteering your time, or watching the same movie every year (hello, Elf fans!), lean into what makes you smile.💖 What’s a tradition, old or new, that brings you happiness? Day 24 of 31: Storytelling as a Bridge: Sharing Diverse Holiday Narratives The holidays are full of stories—the ones we tell over a cup of cocoa, the ones passed down through generations, and the ones waiting to be shared. These stories aren’t just memories; they’re bridges that connect us, helping us understand and celebrate each other’s journeys. Have you ever asked someone about their holiday traditions? Maybe they light a menorah, prepare dishes for Nochebuena, or celebrate the principles of Kwanzaa. Each narrative is a glimpse into a world that might be different from your own, yet somehow familiar in its joy, love, and meaning. When we listen to these stories, something beautiful happens—we see the richness of our shared humanity. And when we share ours, we invite others to step into our world, even for just a moment. Today, let’s celebrate the power of storytelling. Ask someone, “What’s your favorite holiday memory?” or share one of your own. You might just create a connection that lasts long after the season ends. The holidays are about more than traditions—they’re about the people who make them meaningful. Let’s cherish and honor those stories together. What’s a holiday story or tradition that means the world to you? Share it below—I’d love to hear it! #CNJAssociates #StorytellingMatters #DiversityInStories #InclusiveHolidays #BuildingBridges #DecemberMagic #HumanConnection

Grateful for yet another year and opportunity to prepare tamales with my 86 year old Mom and continuing our annual tradition. So, why bring up tamales on LinkedIn, you ask? As I helped prepare the masa and shred the meat for the tamales, I started to think about so many business parallels. Here are some thoughts, as I enjoy my 3rd tamale (ok, 5th!) of the day: 1. It’s the details. One might think that making good tamales are relatively easy to make. I don’t disagree. That said, good tamales come from much attention to detail. Not too much masa,; very moist corn husks; just enough water at the bottom of the pot; stand the tamales perfectly upright. A reminder that details matter as you execute your plans. 2. Effort is needed for the right deliverable. More than anything, tamales require extensive preparation. Most notably, if one is a traditionalist, making the masa is, depending on the amount, somewhat excruciating. However, having delicious tamales is well worth the effort. 3. Stick with the plan. There are effectively no shortcuts when making good tamales. You can’t steam faster, or use too much water to increase the humidity. Sure enough, the quality of tamales can be compromised if the correct methods are altered. 4. One can never have too much help making tamales. Believe me, it is work! And, a wonderful reminder that joy can be found in helping and working together with others. 5. Abundance can and should be shared. Tradition says that unwrapping a tamale is much like unwrapping a gift. One of the most heart warming elements of tamale making is sharing with others. A beautiful reminder that talents, effort, and learning should be generously shared. A culture of giving, sharing, and paying attention to all the particulars, lends way to building a great organization. Happy Holidays and Feliz Navidad!

A Christmas Eve Reflection: The Gift of Presence As the world pauses on this magical Christmas Eve, let’s take a moment to reflect—not on what’s under the tree, but on the gifts we carry within us. This season is a reminder of the power of connection, gratitude, and hope. It’s easy to get caught up in the rush, the shopping lists, and the year-end deadlines. But today, amidst the twinkling lights and the quiet anticipation of tomorrow, we’re invited to embrace something deeper: presence. The greatest gift we can offer—to ourselves and others—is our full attention. Be present with your loved ones. Listen with an open heart. Laugh freely. And if the season feels heavy, know that it’s okay to honor your feelings and seek support. "Christmas is a season not only of rejoicing but of reflection,” Winston Churchill. Let’s reflect on how far we’ve come, the lessons we’ve learned, and the dreams we still hold close. Tomorrow, the celebrations will unfold. But today is a sacred pause—a chance to breathe, to cherish, and to remember what truly matters. So, light a candle, send that heartfelt message, or simply sit in gratitude for the moments that make life beautiful. Merry Christmas Eve to all who celebrate! May today fill your heart with peace, warmth, and the promise of new beginnings. #CNJAssociates #MerryChristmas #Reflection #Gratitude #Motivation #Presence

🎄 The Christmas season is meant to bring joy, but it often comes with a lot of distractions. Between shopping for gifts, attending endless parties, decorating the house, and trying to create the "perfect" holiday experience, it’s easy to lose sight of the simple pleasures that make this time of year special. The pressure to keep up with everything can be overwhelming, and before we know it, the true spirit of Christmas can get lost in the chaos. This year, let’s take a step back from the distractions. Instead of focusing on perfection, let’s focus on connection. Spend time with loved ones, enjoy the quiet moments, and reflect on what truly matters. 🌟 Whether it's a cozy evening by the fire, a walk in the winter air, or simply sharing laughter and love, these small, meaningful moments are what make the season bright. It’s okay to say no to some things and yes to rest and reflection. Let’s embrace the joy of the present, without getting caught up in the distractions. ✨

Looking for some festive ways to make the most of this magical month? Here are a few fun (and memory-making) ideas: 🌿 DIY Wreath: We like to head to our local park, gather some twigs, leaves, and branches, and create a one-of-a-kind wreath with the little ones. 🍬 Gingerbread House: No kits needed! You can grab some graham crackers, icing, and candies, and let the kids' imaginations go wild building their sugary castles. 🍪 Cookie Time: We like experimenting with new recipes this time of the year and also make some family favorite that’s been passed down for generations. 📚 Holiday Around the World: Best time to cozy up and read about how different cultures celebrate the holidays. It’s a fun way to learn and appreciate traditions from all over. ✨ Family Traditions: You can also create your own traditions that feel special and meaningful to your family. And that makes this usually hectic time of the year more enjoyable and relaxing ☺️ Which of these are you trying out this month? Or share your favorite December activity in the comments—we’d love to hear! 💛 #Holidays #December #Activities #Kids
