A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of contracts, legal documents, and construction regulations with specific focus on City of Philadelphia building regulations. The Senior Construction Project Manager will possess the ability to manage complex projects alongside multiple stakeholders, as they will assume responsibility for all infrastructure improvements across the shipyard and will need to be able to manage multiple projects at once.
