Phillip Boykin’s Post

As a founder, you often find yourself facing peculiar dilemmas. For instance, you know your product inside out, but explaining it in simple terms can be quite a challenge. This very conundrum came up during a lunch with Peter Mullen this week, and I found myself somewhat tongue-tied. I believe he actually called this lunch meeting to challenge me on this very item in retrospect. Imagine trying to describe IQLAND to someone in a sales situation without whipping out your laptop. I thought about saying, "IQLAND makes land development so easy, even a caveman could do it." Then I had second thoughts (shot out to Geico) – but I must admit, the moniker is sticking with me. At least the effectiveness of that message when it came to selling insurance. I mean, our platform is designed to guide even a novice through building a home, all within a chatbot interface. We pretty much offer a comprehensive back-office solution for builders of any level. No training manual is required to use the software. It's straightforward and efficient – truly so simple, even a caveman could use it. Now, if only I could get away with borrowing that line from Geico without a lawsuit. I'm open to creative suggestions. #RealEstate #PropTech #AI #Innovation

Love the caveman reference Phillip! That piques my interest. Coachability is one of the most important characteristics that a founder should have. And you have it! You will get there.

Really intrigued. I hope to see the full birth and growth of IQLAND. ⚡ By the way, here's a you can try: ”IQLAND is so simple, even a low IQ man could use it.” 😅 Or something around that line... It could also be “IQLAND is so simple, you don't need high IQ to use it.” What do you think? Phillip Boykin 😅
