I recently worked with an extremely qualified client. When she approached me, she was working on the large-scale roll-out of incredible new technology. She’s approachable, she’s professional – she's the whole package. It’s no shock she got headhunted. She asked me for help with her positioning, and her brilliance was fully buried under project details, acronyms, and technical specifics. Those details are never going to tell the real story of her value! We reworked her positioning together and fully set her up to share why she’s the solution to the headhunting company’s problem.
