Sauna-Check Cold Plunge-Check Meditation-Check Fasting- Check; I've told everyone how it gives me mental clarity. Crossfit- Check, and I needed to figure out how to tell everyone my WOD time first or how long I've been fasting. Vegan meal prep-Check, ok, ok, it was tough, but I told everyone about my vegan carrot cake bean patty first and how it was eco-friendly and it saved the whales. Blood work-No idea Blood Pressure-Bigger is better? Right? Sleep-When I die, bruh Walking-To and from the kitchen Meals-Meh, who needs food Don't go for the fads. Go for what works.
