Tis the season for giving! 🎁🎄 While holiday gift exchanges can foster camaraderie, it's important to maintain professionalism. Here are some tips to navigate office gift-giving with grace: 🎁 Know your company's policy: Some companies have specific guidelines regarding gift-giving, so it's essential to be aware of any restrictions. 🎁 Keep it appropriate: Avoid gifts that are overly personal or could be perceived as inappropriate. 🎁 Set a budget: Establish a clear budget to avoid overspending or feeling pressured to give extravagant gifts. 🎁 Consider the recipient: Choose gifts that are universally appealing and relevant to the occasion. 🎁 Be thoughtful: A small, personalized touch can make a big difference. Remember, the goal is to spread cheer, not create awkwardness. Happy gifting! #worksearchweeklyaction #holidayetiquette #officegiftgiving #professionalism

Our countdown ends today... At this moment, millions of working professionals are switching on their out-of-office messages. Over the past two weeks, we've offered up a range of last-minute gift ideas that you can give to the people who make your work possible. Over this same time period, thousands of people have accessed Unwrapit gifts sent to them by one (or more) of our valued customers. We know that many hundreds of thousands of other people have received other kinds of corporate gifts during this season of gratitude. Some of these gifts required months of planning and complex logistics; some came together in a few days or less. Despite the late hour, there's still a gift that it's not too late to give to the people who matter most to your business. In fact, it's a gift that you may be giving without even knowing it. And it's almost certainly valued above anything else you may have thought to give. That is the gift of empathy, trust, kindness, and positivity. And just like many of the gifts that recipients get through Unwrapit, these four don't require shipping! Happy holidays to everyone reading this. We'll be back in 2025! Thank you for making a wonderful year of relationship-building through gifting possible. #empathy #trust #kindness #positivity #lastminute #giftideas

Don't leave employee and client gifts until the last minute. Christmas is just around the corner. And often the last people we shop for are our employees, co-workers, or clients. Who's guilty of that? 🙋♂️ It can be hard to find actually cool and sustainable gifts. What feels like a chore, gets pushed aside... The problem? ❌ Rushed gifts = meaningless gifts. And who wants that? Take it from me: The earlier you start, the better. 😌 (that's what I say to myself on NY) The earlier you plan, the more time you have to find the best. ✅ Carefully planned gifts = more meaningful gifts. P.S. Have you started planning your gifts already?
