Why I Love Working Remotely, Especially for Teem There are many opportunities in life that come only once, and sometimes we miss these opportunities because we are not part of a company that truly values us as individuals. A couple of weeks ago, I was given a chance to speak at a youth event in Lagos, Nigeria. When I reached out to my boss, I was a bit nervous because I was also managing a huge project, but the news of the trip happened in the blink of an eye. I share this because if you are looking for a job, don't just look for a job because you need the money. Truly think about the company you want to work with, the values they represent, and the partnership they will have with you. Why is this so important when thinking about your dream job?
