I have hired over 500 people overseas since 2019 for my companies & call centers. Here are some of my recent favorite hires that I think every business owner should copy: Executive Assistant: Recently, my $5,000+ / month assistant and I parted ways. She was in Toronto and was amazing. I needed to replace her but decided to try moving that position abroad, as I have with so many others. I found Valeria from Colombia. For 40% of the pay, it's been 4X the output so far. So good, that I hired a second, and am now hiring an executive assistant this way for each person on my leadership team. Director of Content: I spent a lot more time running my business than creating content, but content is so valuable to us. Previously, I had a director of content making $75,000+ per year in Seattle. Now, my head of content is in Indonesia, our content is better, he runs the team, and the pay is 30% of what I was paying before. My YouTube videos have gone up 10x in views, and we're generating way more clients from each platform. _______________________________________ I think most people, especially business owners doing more operating than posting, could use both of the positions above. Someone to be your sidekick so you can focus on meaningful work every day, and someone to make sure you have content going out every day.
