In last week, it happened the biggest demonstrations that as home office can be productive and same time to connect people and approach team. I work on team by 4 months and i had vision that was a disconnection place, wighout friendly ambience, just technical/work relacions, because we are team that work out of office arround the world. It than, the ExitLag arrived with a proposal of meet all the team in person. I thounght this would be on more meet where people would stayed divisioned by groups and not have interaction, but was contrary. In 5 days, we connected with absolutelly with all the team and we approach relations that reflected instantly on the next week work by home office. The problem not is home office, but the that is done to connect people. This is change the game!

What a year – full of firsts and big vibes!     At the start of 2024, I stepped into the CEO role at FTI – a big shift for me. My background has always been working with VCs as shareholders. Transitioning to a landscape of large corporates and government stakeholders was something entirely new – definitely a first!     Fast forward to now, and what a ride it’s been. In under a year, we’ve crushed it with milestones that feel like stepping stones to something huge:  ✅ Strategy? Approved.  ✅ First hire? Check. (and growing!)  ✅ Launched Elli, our first use case – proud parent energy.  ✅ First invoice sent. (and yes, that felt like a big deal!)  ✅ Made headlines in the press!  And on a personal note? I finally ticked off a bucket-list dream and drove Route 66. 🤠🚗     These wins are more than moments – they’re proof that we’re building something special, one bold step at a time.     Looking ahead to 2025, we’re keeping the momentum going:  🌟 Deepening partnerships – because teamwork makes the dream work.  🌟 Building our community – the heart of everything we do.  🌟 25 partners signed, sealed, and ready to roll.  🌟 Launching a new vertical to grow alongside Health.  🌟 Dropping our data catalog (stay tuned).  🌟 Kicking off a pitching arena – big ideas, big stage.     And that’s just the start.
