I’m crazy and I mean it. This November, I’m throwing all caution to the wind. No safety nets. No second-guessing. Just a full-throttle dive into the “what-ifs” that have been haunting me. You know that thing you’ve been playing with—the project that’s half-finished, the person you can’t stop thinking about, the big leap that scares you to death? Yeah, that one. This is the month you stop flirting with the idea and finally make a damn move. → Launch that product even if it’s not “perfect.” → Apply for that job—walk in with a pizza if you have to. → Send that message you keep second-guessing. Do the things that make you come alive, that set your heart racing, that push you to the edge of your comfort zone (and maybe a little beyond it.) Yes, it’s terrifying. Yes, there’s risk. But if it’s calling you, maybe it’s time to answer. Forget “New Year, New Me.” Screw waiting for the “right time.” The only moment you’ve got is right now, and it’s yours to shape into something unforgettable. Packed with wild experiences, crazy stories, and a few scars you’ll wear with pride—your life is ready for this level of intensity. And don’t worry, I’m right there with you, pushing my own limits, facing my own fears. Because if we don’t go all-in on ourselves now… then when? So here’s my challenge: let’s make November our wildest, boldest, most transformative month yet. A month where we live without regrets, without holding back. Life’s too short to play it safe. P.S. What’s one “crazy” move you’re taking this month?

October Wrap-Up 🌟 As October comes to a close, I'm reflecting on an incredible month of growth, connection, and new beginnings. 🔹 Official Launch of aamishaaftab.com: Taking this step was a major milestone, and the support from my network has been genuinely overwhelming. Seeing the response, getting new leads, and hearing from so many people who believe in the vision has been incredibly motivating. 🔹 Meeting Amazing New People: This month brought so many new connections and some really impactful conversations. From the encouraging messages to insightful calls, each interaction made a mark. 🔹 Challenges & Learning: There were struggles and, of course, the usual ups and downs—no-shows, rejections, and rescheduled meetings. Yet, these experiences only added to the journey and taught me to keep pushing forward. 🔹 Exciting Prospects Ahead: November promises to bring even more exciting things, and I’m looking forward to sharing these with you all soon. Every step—big and small—is part of the journey. Grateful for the challenges, achievements, and especially the people who make it all worthwhile. Thank you all for being a part of it. Here’s to an even brighter November! 🚀

Hello December 1st 🌲 December 1st marks a transition—it is a day that bridges the end of one year with full of hope of a new year is just around the corner ❤️ It invites us to reflect on our past months offering an opportunity to celebrate our achievements, our wins (small or big), acknowledge the lessons we learned along the way and create or renew our goals for the future. Main thing is need to know when to jump… and it’s required practice and experience…
ROP (Return on Potential) is my favorite acronym although I’m an MD, PhD, MBA, CFA & a bunch of other acronyms people think matters. 4x’ing ROP @ Harvard, MIT, & Stanford & Founder/CEO of a multibillion dollar VC firm.
Well, so here’s what we need to know: When it’s time to jump. There are moments in life where we prepare, contemplate, consider, and reflect and all there is left to do is… Go for it! Concepts only take form when we set them into action. Sometimes we are born with wings, and other times… …we find our wings when we take off… …and learn to coast along the way. 💭 As we encroach the week’s end, let’s allow our hopes and dreams to take flight, and start the new week soaring.

As the year comes to an end, I reflect on all the good and the bad from 2024. 👍 Some goods: - Worked with some really amazing people - Doing work that I LOVE - Husbands side passion project crushed it! - Met with so many amazing marketers and learned so much 👎 Some bads: - Lost a lot of confidence and began second guessing myself way too much - Had some not great interactions that led to the whole "lack of confidence" thing - A lot of family health problems (in and out of hospitals a lot) This was definitely a year and while I learned a lot, the most important takeaway for me was to **make a plan, dream the dream, and take action**. You're never too old (or too young) to dream, and while people will come and step on it, don't let that tarnish your dreams and keep you from achieving your goals. ✨ I had a mentor this year who pretty much trashed my dream and my confidence. It broke me- I felt like I lost my sparkle. 🫠 But this year taught me to dig deep and keep on. The challenging times will make the successes even better. What are your top takeaways from this year?

Have you had the time to do some self-reflection on your goals since the year started? Do you know why it's important to have some reflections on your goals? Now here's why: 🔺There are some lessons to pick up from reflecting on your goals. You may need to drop some old strategies that are not working and pick up some new ones. 🔺You'll receive new wisdom from reflection, which will help you run even faster. 🔺It guarantees speed and gives you more insight on what to focus more on. And this is something you can do quarterly and half of the year, but never leave it until the end of the year. And of course, always going back to your goals helps you keep your goals in front of you. And there won't be any surprises at the end of the year when you stand to count your blessings. PS: I was off for a while on LinkedIn, and while I was out, I took some time to reflect on my goals, and it was eye-opening. I encourage you to find time and do the same with your goals. It's so beautiful to be back Happy New Week!

If a diver stays on the ledge and never jumps, how can he win the competition? We can keep our seed in our hands and never plant a harvest, then how will it grow? The more seeds you plant, the bigger the harvest. The harvest must be nurtured, water, pruned, and taken in. If you never get started, what opportunities will be missed? #TakeAChanceOnYourself. #NoMissedOpportunities #JumpIntoTheDeep #UseYourWings #MakeADecisionToFlyToday #LetActionsPayDividends #FailureIsAOpportunityToGrow #SeeYourSuccess

Gonna eat my cake and have it! It’s my birthday today! 🎉 As I celebrate another year, I want to share a few important lessons I’ve learnt 📍Your age doesn’t define your potential. Whether you’re young or older, never let age limit your dreams. 📌Own your story. Both the good, the bad and the in-between. Stop waiting for things to fall into place & start writing your own script. 📍Take ownership of your decisions. Life is shaped by choices, so be intentional with every step. 📌Your tribe matters. Surround yourself with love and support. Life isn’t meant to be lived solo. Build relationships that uplift you, challenge you, and remind you of your worth. The right circle can elevate you to heights you never imagined. 📍The power of Faith. This is my fuel. Faith isn’t just a belief, it’s a force that guides me. Lean on God, especially in times of uncertainty, because He never fails. Trust in His timing. He’s got me, and He’s got you too! On that note, I’m incredibly grateful for all the lessons, and opportunities that have come my way. Here’s to more laughter, growth, more purpose, and more impact! Cheers to another amazing year ahead!
