"We are a poor developing nation, and the one thing that people look for in any leader is hope," says Khawaja Iqbal Hassan, highlighting the critical need for leaders to provide both hope and help to the population. This is a smart African leader. Avoiding the tenterhooks of the hegemonic powers. Something all African leaders should do, but unfortunately they are complicit and compromised. We need more leaders like him, the more there are, it will be hard for them to killed off 😢 Having more purpose driven Alkebulan Afrocentrism leaders should become the norm on our continent. #Oladelesthoughts #MindsetMatters #AlkebulanRenaissance

Leadership
Passionate about seeing the Alkebulan of my dream emerge. I am unapologetically African. We are building the Emerging Alkebulan. Titles don't matter. Disrupting the status quo. Thought provoker. Pan African to the core.

Thomas Sankara defining real leadership. Understanding the intricacies and complexities of the hegemonic powers. When all, only when all Africans leaders start to think like the way Thomas Sankara did will Africa succeed. We need a collaborative and Afrocentrism mindset. We need leaders sold out to the empowerment of Africa to rise 🙏🏽 👏🏾 May his legacy live on, may we rise to revive the Alkebulan that will work for all Africans. Ase 🙏🏽 #Africa ##Africadiaspora #theafricawewant #AlkebulanAwakening #AfricaUnchained #MindsetMatters #MindsetChangers #Africaunite #AfricanUnity #StrengthInUnity

If You Would Build a Nation If you would build a nation, start with hands that work with grace, In every home, a leader — in every heart, a space. If you would wield your wisdom, let compassion be your might, For strength is born from kindness and courage found in right. If you would walk with purpose, keep your vision clear and strong, A path that seeks the common good, and rights each wrong. If you must raise your voice, then let it calm the restless air, With words that heal and gather, with patience, hope, and care. If you would lead the people, then guide them by your deed, In showing wise compassion lies the strength that they will heed. For nations rise on wisdom, and kingdoms stand on trust, With every action, thoughtful — with every judgment, just. #GrowingPeople #BuildingIndia #ExcellenceInNationBuilding #ALeaderInEveryHome #ANationForEveryone #TransformationalLeadership #RoleModelingServantLeadership #WisdomFellowship

Patrice Lumumba's Last Words before Execution 🗣 “Neither brutality, cruelty or torture will ever bring me to ask for mercy, for I prefer to dié with my head held high, unshakable faith and the greatest confidence in the destiny of my country rather than live in slävery and contempt for sacred principles.” Leadership is about service to your community, it is about accountability and leadership steeped in Eldership. Being responsible for your peoples interest. Feeling their burden and knowing you can not afford to let them down. Never compromise the interests of your people for personal gains. With this kind of definition, how many African leaders fit this criteria, a question we should be asking ourselves very often when think about leadership 🤔 Leadership often means you're prepared to die with your convictions to serve your people uncompromised. The kind of leadership the Alkebulan needs, how many uncompromised leaders does the Alkebulan have in 2024. Probably less than one handful. Africa has polooticians and not leaders. We tend to get that mixed up. Leadership means Eldership with accountability to the people who has given them the responsibility to serve them. #Oladelesthoughts #Africa #Alkebulan #Africadiaspora #AlkebulanAwakening #africanleaders
