Very well said and briefed👏👏 We usually see in oil drilling industry a behavioral based approach - STOP Work Authority. It is very essential and important if you see something wrong, please do not hesitate to stop and correct it (if you know the correct procedure or just report it positively. Rightly said sir! This is a really good effort! When done well, skits have the ability to move the audience and stick with them for long enough to bring a behaviour change.

Pankaj, Good to intervene as seen in the skit. Say something when you see something. However, the approach of safety conversation has to be adult to adult and not adult to child (refrain from giving gyan during intervention, but ask questions) and certainly not to seen as coming from position of authority.
