🌟 The verdict is in: Flexibility wins the office attendance poll! 🌟 The results are crystal clear: 46% of respondents opt for flexibility with no set days, highlighting a significant shift in workplace preferences. With only 3% vouching for always onsite, it's evident that the traditional Monday to Friday in the office is no longer the gold standard. What does this tell us? It's a resounding endorsement of the value employees place on their time. In today's competitive talent landscape, offering flexibility isn't just a perk; it's a necessity to attract and retain top talent. Gone are the days when physical presence equated to productivity. The notion that better performance is confined within office walls is debunked by real-world experiences. As I've witnessed firsthand, a full week in the office doesn't always translate to hitting business objectives.

That’s so interesting! Being self employed myself I get to choose and split it between being on shoots, being at the office or working from home so I would also struggle with having to go to the same office day in and day out.
