And today we wanted to talk about a really important topic and that is getting your assets in gear. Boom, get in your assets in gear. And you came U with that title. I think it's so perfect because a lot of people think of buying their first home kind of similar to renting. That's a monthly payment, but it's not a monthly payment. It's a balance sheet item. It's an asset that also has maybe a liability associated with it. If you have a load, we're going to focus on the asset side of the equation because you already have a liability. If you're paying rent, correct, right, absolutely. And you're, you're not getting any return on your investment, there is no asset that you're getting a return on when you're renting a home 100%. So, but people focus on the monthly payment and we would encourage that people focus on the asset side that may come with a liability, but the liability goes down over time on a mortgage and almost in all cases goes up as an asset.
