It's Thanksgiving week and we're sure many of you are planning on having wonderful gatherings. 🦃✨ As we head into the holidays, we want to remind our tenants of the following: No candles allowed: For everyone's safety, open flames like candles are not permitted at our properties. Cooking safety: Never leave the stove unattended, and keep cooking areas clean to avoid fire hazards. Be mindful of noise: As you celebrate, remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Keep the volume down, especially late at night, to ensure everyone can enjoy a peaceful holiday. Wishing you a safe and happy Thanksgiving! 🍂 — #PatriotProperties #Thankful #thanksgiving #tenants #multifamilyrealestate #propertymanagement #madisonwi #madisonpropertymanager #madisonpropertymanagement

While we may not realise it, festive traditions have a lot of invisible labour attached. Planning all of the festive trips, and getting organised for specific dates and gifting opportunities can require a lot of time, energy and planning that often falls to one person in the household and sadly that one person doesn’t often get the joy from these traditions. So here’s what I suggest. Try implementing alternative low maintenance traditions the whole family can get involved in and enjoy like: 💛 A friends and family craft session where gifts can be made and exchanged together. 💛 A bake off where each person is tasked with baking one thing to bring on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. 💛 Writing Christmas Wishes for each other, hanging them on the tree and opening them together. Every tradition started somewhere, who says you need to buy into elf on the shelf or Christmas Eve boxes? Traditions are special because we make them special and they should be something everyone can enjoy. #christmasorganising #christmasprep #professionalorganiser #wellbeingtips

🎄 Festive stats - Did you know? There’s no denying it, those little furry or scaly creatures have got our hearts in the UK. They are important members of our families and quite rightly so. But how far do we go when it comes to involving our pets in our Christmas celebrations? Do we provide Rover with a turkey dinner? Do we put a cat nip bauble on the tree for Tiddles? 🎁 Well according to the data over 68% of owners in the UK buy presents for their pets. This reflects a growing trend of ‘pet humanisation’, where pets are increasingly treated as family members during the festive season. Popular gifts include treats, toys, and practical items like new collars or beds. 🦃 Additionally, many owners prepare special Christmas meals for their pets, with 61% doing so, and some even go as far as buying advent calendars for their furry friends! So come on, do you buy that special member of your family a gift every Christmas and if so, what’s on Santa’s list for them this year?
