3moOzemio, good blog and love the emphasis on I prefer to call "people-centric" leadership. One thing I would add to leadership training needs from my more NAMER perspective is a greater fluency in data/analytics, how to focus on the data that matters (not all data is valuable) and how to tell a story with the data to stakeholders.
