Happy Memorial Day to you! I hope you are enjoying time with family and friends. I love the holidays as I reflect on my ability to connect with others and work on intergenerational relationships. I love holiday time because it allows me to learn and spend time with those more senior than me as well as those younger than me. Here are a few things to remember as we connect on this holiday. --- VALUE OF CONNECTION: When we seek the value in those who have come before us, we recognize that we all began from someone. --- VALUE OF NOSTALGIA: I get the best stories and insights as I witness those more senior reflecting on their lives. Thus, this prompts me to reflect on my own. --- VALUE THE NEWNESS: Each new generation brings new insight and learning. I love hearing the new generation's perspectives. It keeps me on my toes. Enjoy your holiday! #joyofinclusion #inclusionexpansion #MemorialDay #InclusionontheSlopes #PhaseOneStrengths #SWORDInclusionSystem

There are many traditions and learnings I’ve embraced in my life. Día de Los muertos is my favorite one. A time to honor and celebrate the lives of those who came before. A time to remember who they were and their legacy in our lives and our family today. It’s a good reminder of life’s dualities: life and death, love and hate, day and night, light and darkness. This is a also a perfect time for reflection on how we are living our lives. Are you listening to your heart? Are you doing your best to leave this world in a better place when you transition to the other side? What are the contributions you’d like to leave behind? How would you like to be remembered? These are questions I do my best to keep in mind as I continue my journey.

What do we possess that we haven't received? It’s a question that cuts to the core of our existence. If we see life as a gift, every moment becomes an opportunity to express gratitude. We recognize the hands that shaped us, the voices that guided us, the love that nurtured us. Suddenly, our achievements aren’t just our own; they’re woven into a tapestry of shared experiences, a network of support that binds us to one another. We thrive in understanding, cooperation, and kindness, realizing that every step forward is a collective journey. But if we cling to the belief that we’ve earned everything through sheer will, we become prisoners of our own ambition. We fight for resources, hoard successes, and in doing so, we isolate ourselves. We forget the beauty of connection, the joy of collaboration, and ultimately, we risk losing the very essence of what it means to be alive.

Yummy Creativity. I have seen different foods done this way and fun to watch. I call it AI enabled creativity. I had to check up RART and I learnt something new. There are other abbreviations with RART but this one is RART - Digital - CREATING BEYOND THE ORDINARY. These words on their Instagram handle say it all. 'Your Vision, Your Story: Through Graphic AI and artistic finesse...' 'Let's take creativity to new heights. By integrating Graphic AI into the artistic process, the synergy between human creativity and artificial intelligence results in visuals that are both imaginative and impactful.' Did you know technology and traditional knowledge have something in common? They both take creativity to knew heights.

Celebrating 54 Years of Partnership Yesterday, I celebrated a milestone that has filled my heart with immense joy and gratitude - my 54th wedding anniversary. 🎉❤️ It made me want to share something different than my usual posts however important things you think to think about As I reflect on this incredible journey, I often wonder what creates such a lasting bond between two people. What is the secret sauce that has kept our relationship thriving through all the highs and lows? Here are a few insights that I believe have been pivotal: ✔️ Unwavering Commitment: Being there for each other, no matter what. ✔️ Open Communication: Keeping the lines of dialogue open and honest. ✔️ Shared Goals: Working together towards common dreams and aspirations. ✔️ Mutual Respect: Valuing each other’s opinions and choices. ✔️ Adaptability: Embracing change and growing together. But there’s something more - an intangible element that makes love last. Is it the little gestures of kindness? The shared laughter over inside jokes? The comforting silence in each other’s presence? Curiosity 🤔 What do you think is the secret to a lasting relationship? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Let’s start a conversation about the magic that keeps love alive. Why we should be thankful every day 👇🏼 In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, it’s easy to overlook the simple, yet profound, elements that sustain us. Water, often taken for granted, is one such element that deserves our gratitude and admiration. Here’s why water is not only essential but also one of the most beautiful and life-giving substances on our planet. 🌊The versatile nature of water Water's versatility is unparalleled. It exists in three states—liquid, solid, and gas—each playing a crucial role in our environment. From quenching our thirst to providing a habitat for countless species, water is the backbone of life on Earth. Its ability to adapt to various forms and functions is a testament to its incredible flexibility. 🌊The beauty of water Water is a source of immense beauty. The serene flow of a river, the mesmerizing dance of waves, and the sparkling clarity of a mountain stream all highlight water’s aesthetic appeal. Artists and poets have long drawn inspiration from water, capturing its essence in their work. The sound of rain, the sight of a calm lake, or the feel of a cool breeze over the ocean can evoke a deep sense of peace and wonder. 🌊The life within water Water is not just a backdrop to life; it is life itself. It is home to a vast array of organisms, from microscopic plankton to the majestic blue whale. Without water, there would be no life as we know it. It nourishes plants, sustains animals, and forms the basis of our very existence.
