We often tend to be overwhelmed by our work challenges… new regulatory topics, process challenges, digital hurdles … way too many topics at the same time. No matter where you look, a million tasks waiting for you. You finish one while you get two new ones. Frustrating sometimes.
Thus, it is even more important to enjoy success! Hold your breath for a moment and reflect on what has been achieved!
Today was such a moment! In our team, we jointly defined our key milestones, our „lighthouse projects“, with each team member having his/her own. Quite big projects actually that drive our Procurement transformation.
Last week, we accomplished the first one. Our first Procurement robot went live: Mr Excelsius has joined the team to support us in analysis and communication tasks!
We are super proud! The concept of educating a purchaser to become a robot programmer was a test run, a new step in the continuous digitalization of Ergo Procurement. An adventure we totally believed in from day 1. The go-live has proven us right! All congratulations go out to Simone Kolbe ! Phantastic achievement!
It shows again, that it is more than worth to believe in your own development and capabilities. Things that seemed to be impossible just a few months before have now become reality. ❤️
And the next completed lighthouse projects are just around the corner 🏆
