Orcas helped me in a number of ways, organizing my day, my thoughts around general communication, around delivering tough conversations with employees, lots of organization around career planning, lots of organization around discussions with my boss, skip level discussions, really anything I wanted to have organized. It was great to run any of those conversations and those scenarios by Orca and they always had a plan and always had materials to help me out work through when I was trying to work. Hi, my name is Brian Boatman. I'm Head of Sales for Technology Banking for MUFG. MUFG is about the ninth biggest bank in the world. It's also the largest Japanese bank. We help technology companies around the globe with all their banking needs. I started working with Orca Solutions when I was given the opportunity to have a career coach. I was working on some things at my organization and I interviewed 3 different firms and immediately hit it off with. Paul and his team, I thought and you know, we had the most immediate connection. I wanted to specifically work on a number of things, but it was mainly around communication, lanning for meetings, planning around difficult conversations, how to approach meetings, how to run a successful off site, how to basically engage myself and other employees and make sure that we are communicating effectively. And then how to how to plan my career and I have the right conversations for career planning both with my boss and skip level and was able to accomplish. All of that with Orca and it was fantastic. I had a fantastic time working with Orca. You know, I would say the results were better and more effective communication which led to a better employee engagement. I would say more concise and more thoughtful and more planned difficult conversations. I would say for me personally, there was less stress, better meetings, better off sites and at the end of the day there was a happier me. There was happier employees and more engaged employees, which is what I really wanted to accomplish. I would recommend Orca for any organization. They're very thoughtful. They've been there, done that, They have real world experience. They have all the materials you need to work on anything that you're looking to get out of them. They really did get on your strengths and your weaknesses, and they guide you through all your blind spots. I felt more organized, less stress, and I had better outcomes with my employees.
