2024: Testing New Waters and Running the Distance This year was all about "testing new waters." Some of those waters were literal (yes, I navigated rivers with rafting and canoeing!), and others were about exploring new depths in business. 💧 On the professional front: We explored new grounds in desalination and brine treatment, also making waves in wastewater solutions. We dived into new markets and business directions—testing currents and discovering our strengths along the way. 🏃♂️ On the personal side: 2024 wasn’t just about paddling. I also put my endurance to the test by running an Ekiden—a 42 km team relay race shared by 4 members It reminded me that success, both in life and business, is a combination of sprints and steady pacing. This race built the resilience I needed to face challenges head-on at work. We’re still at the start of our journey as a global business, but with projects progressing and a promising pipeline, the foundations are solid. Feels like we’re ready for a sprint forward in 2025!
