2025 First day of the New Year. Time tips by without our knowledge. Let the coming year be auspicious and absolutely good. Let all your dreams and desires come true. I wish you a peaceful and happy New Year from the innermost recesses of my heart. Let us forget about yesterday's losses and wait for good things to happen. I send you my deepest love and wishes. Let the New year be full of happiness and smile for all your dear ones too. Let it enable you to take new decisions for your health and future. Let whatever you wish happen, whatever you dream become real. Remember there are lots of years ahead. Let us fix our gaze on the paths to tread ahead expecting the very best.

👩🏻🏫 Term 4 begins. And the end of the year feels closer. ⏰ We’re already two weeks into the final quarter of the year. 🥅 The goals for the year are being reviewed. What still needs to be done, what can be diverted, cancelled or delegated? 🎬 This is often a time of year when there’s a flurry of action and change. 🌅 Having returned from our reccy I am choosing how to face the action needed from now til we leave in January. ✅ I choose to think of this pre-adventure period as part of the adventure. ✅ I choose to create focus on what’s important and not let myself get distracted in the new and shiny (IYKYK). ✅ I choose to lean into my word of the year, human. I will do what I can. I will not always nail it, but knowing myself, I am putting the right things in place to get through a busy time with success and wellbeing in tact. ❓What do you need to do to get through the busy season and round out 2025 in the way you want. Having achieved what’s important to you. And allowing you to enjoy your holidays without needing to spend them recovering.

Tomorrow is just another day. A fresh beginning to a new year, a clean page on life’s calendar, a symbolic start to better intentions, clarity in focus, or maybe nothing more than a simple sentimental morning to contemplate the parade of your life thus far. I hope you will use the day off work with a little extra time to clear slates and imagine how the new year might unfold for you. Others will wake desperate for aspirin and coffee, football distractions or to clean up wild night messes before sleeping away the day’s remains from which they only recently arrived home. I suspect more than a sober few will be thinking deeper thoughts throughout the day. Plans for self-restraint, how to be a little nicer, quit a bad habit, or start one better. For curious and contemplative minds the options are limitless. So, applause to those making use of this new day as a personal prompt for positive change, at least in thought, if not in deed. It’s a good day for it. Some require an external catalyst, a nodal event, or an arbitrary date of a year to propel them into deeper thoughts and richer inner lives. Shocked or startled, they may shake to their cores, begging for change, repeating that awful truth that once again, they waited for something to force their hand. Regardless, there is a glorious redemption that the only difference between last year’s regrets and this year’s successes is just another day, like today, and how we will use it.

Taking time to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the new year is a valuable practice for growth and clarity. Here’s how I plan to reflect and prepare: Reflect on this past year: 1. Celebrate my wins: Regardless of how big or small, which ones am I most proud of? What brought me the most fulfillment and joy? 2. Challenges and Lessons: What were the toughest moments and how did I grow from them? 3. Gratitude: What made my year better? I plan on reflecting on moments of connection, kindness, and resilience. 4. Self-awareness: What habits, beliefs, or patterns served me best and which ones didn’t. Prepare for the New Year: 1. Set my intentions: Instead of rigid resolutions I plan on asking myself, “who do I want to become?” and “how do I want to feel?”. I plan on picking a theme for this New Year and that’s going to be “Growth”. 2. Define my priorities: What is it that matters to me most in this next chapter? 3. Create Actionable Goals: I plan on breaking my big aspirations into small and achievable steps. 4. Self-care and mindfulness: I plan on prioritizing rest and time for reflection throughout the year. Such individuals are not just good for the workplace; they’re vital for mental well-being. As someone who believes deeply in occult sciences, 2024 – the year of Saturn – feels significant. Saturn, the karmic planet, is all about justice and rewards earned through sheer perseverance.
