Pepper… Pepper Advantage Ireland’s recent financial report presents an interesting paradox. On one hand, the CEO touts their “extensive expertise” and “strong financial performance.” On the other hand, the company’s annual results reveal a €4.5 million hit due to an administrative error in mortgage charging. How does one reconcile their claims of expertise with such a significant oversight? Whilst Pepper corporate clients may be happy with their administrative expertise after what’s happened it may be prudent for Irish customers to- 1. Review their account statements 2. Consider seeking professional advice to examine their mortgage details 3. Ask for a copy of their file under GDPR to establish if everything else is okay, and it’s free. Comms@peppergroup.ie
