Delighted to be in this position again! I was chosen, along with a couple of my peers, as the employee of the month for February 2024. What a month it was! With lots of ups and downs, literally felt like a rollercoaster ride! I extend my gratutide to my peers and editors who helped me reach this level. Also, special thanks to my friends and family members who helped me keep going! As the tradition goes, I will share a couple of things I learnt: 1. Never be afraid of adversities. Its the time that you spend out of your comfort zone when real growth happens. 2. Your satisfaction will reduce with self-centered focus. Trust me, helping others succeed is also a form of success! 3. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Whether its your professional life or personal, seek advice and support whenever you need. Human beings are social animal for a reason. 4. And finally, trust the process. The challenges you face will only level you up. The more challenges you face, the higher you climb on the ladder of personal growth!

Yesterday marked my six-month anniversary since being promoted to Director of Business Development at Court Enforcement Services. Reflecting on my time in post so far fills me with immense pride and excitement for what lies ahead. In these past six months, our team has achieved remarkable feats together: - Enhanced Collaboration: We've implemented new ways of working collaboratively, which has benefitted both our team internally and our clients, who have recognised a more fluid service. - Empowering Team Members: It's been incredibly rewarding to witness team members not only stepping into their own and thriving in their roles, but absolutely flourishing. - Enhanced Service Levels: During this period, we've received some of the highest placement volumes of the year. However, alongside this we've also worked to reduce visit times and increase recovery rates. Notably, both monthly visit volumes and remittance values have increased for many clients, which shows the dedication of our Operations Team and their commitment to delivering industry-leading results. - Strengthened Client Relationships: Above all, we've deepened our relationships with both new and existing clients by demonstrating our unwavering commitment to being a professional, client focused and approachable High Court enforcement partner. I'm proud of what the first six months has brought, and with some really exciting projects already in the pipeline, I have no doubt that the remainder of this year will be filled with even more accomplishments, growth, and success..... watch this space 👀

🌟 Reflecting on my Journey 🌟 Throughout my professional journey I’ve had the opportunity to embrace different roles across multiple domains. Each position, from Marketing to Sales to IT, has enriched my perspective and helped me to see the world through different lenses. Each role has tought me a lot and I had loved each of them for a specific reason. 🔹 I loved Marketing because it is entrepreneurship. It’s about crafting strategies, defining the company’s portfolio, setting prices, selecting distribution channels, monitoring the P&L sheet… 🔹 I loved Sales because is pure adrenaline. As a former professional swimmer, and now passionate triathlete, I'm addicted to competition and adrenaline. It's about beating targets, racing against time and competitors, navigating intense tender processes. There’s no greater rush than beating the clock to submit proposal, knowing well that you only get one shot. 🔹 I love Information Technology for many reasons, but probably most of all because it's about team spirit and supporting each other. Every application is deeply connected to the rest of the ecosystem, made of other applications, integration and layers, connectivity, databases, firewalls…Everything must fit together perfectly like pieces of a puzzle. Being all side by side facing challenges together is crucial, regardless of the day or hour. I'm really grateful for all the different experiences that have shaped my career. Each role has helped me grow in so many ways, both professionally and personally. Looking forward to more learning, achieving, and thriving together!
