Thinking of Upgrading your Calendly Subscription? 🤔 WAIT!! Before you do, let’s discuss the pros and cons of ZCal (a Calendly alternative) to decide whether upgrading is the right way to go. As business owners, we all know how important the scheduling process is; the more seamless it is, the better you and your business function and look. I used Calendly even before I launched my VA business; however, I always found it a pain to turn on and off each event to be able to send it to an individual. I know this is something we all have experienced at least once and I know a lot of people are in the same situation as I was, which is why I'm making this post. I came across ZCal a couple weeks ago while doing some software research and took a little dive into it... Their Pros: ✅ Highly customisable scheduling page: ability to add a video introduction, brand it, and more. ✅ Unlimited Scheduling Links (no more turning event pages on and off) ✅ Unlimited Calendars to Sync to your Booking Pages (no more conflicts within business and personal events) ✅ Email Reminders ✅ Variety of Integrations and Automations Available ✅ Custom Redirect Link ✅ Meeting Polls ZCal Cons: ❌ No mobile-app (completely web based) ❌ No custom domains ❌ Not completely customisable (automated emails, etc) like the paid plans are be with Calendly ❌ Some people find it can be a little confusing at first Overall, if you’re a small business owner with a little team or maybe it’s just yourself, ZCal would be great for your needs if you’re willing to invest just a little more time into it at first. Whereas, Calendly provides a more simpler and user-friendly approach straight off the bat!
