How I Revolutionized My Note-Taking with Otter AI 50% of a Project Manager’s life is consumed by meetings and note-taking, and Otter AI is a game-changer! As a Project Manager, attending meetings and capturing every detail accurately is a significant part of my job. I used to rely on jotting notes on a pad or typing frantically on my laptop, often missing out on key points or struggling to keep up with the fast pace of discussions. Then, I discovered Otter AI, and it completely transformed my note-taking process. Here are the advantages of Otter AI over manual note-taking: Accuracy: Otter AI provides real-time transcription, ensuring no detail is missed. Focus: It allows me to fully engage in the conversation without worrying about writing or typing notes. Searchability: The transcripts are searchable, making it easy to find specific information quickly. Sharing: I can easily share the notes with my team, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Efficiency: It saves time by automatically organizing and summarizing the notes. Unfortunately, due to IT policies at my workplace, I can’t use Otter AI directly in office meetings. However, I’ve used it extensively in my personal capacity while attending webinars. For instance, I recently attended a positive parenting webinar and used Otter AI to take comprehensive notes. The screenshots below show how effective it was in capturing every detail. Installing Otter AI on your laptop or phone is straightforward. A mundane - and perhaps real, short-term - benefit of AI: meeting note-taker. What I'd you not only had accurate and complete notes from a meeting ("What did we say was a good goal for this month?"), but nobody had to be basically selected out of a meeting to take them?
