How do I create designs that work? In my career, I had the chance to work on several interesting projects: 1️⃣ The website for Dubai Best Practices is an educational calendar in Dubai that offers the best practices in the market. I designed the site from the beginning, focusing on an intuitive interface. This project not only improved the user experience but also significantly simplified the purchasing process. [https://lnkd.in/dcr98mFJ]. 2️⃣ Dalasco Company specializes in the procurement of materials and services for mining and construction operations. I created a simple and clean design that effectively shows the company's services and attracts customer attention. [https://lnkd.in/dQBREQSq]. 3️⃣ World Debit offers great conditions for customers, allowing them to easily apply for cards online. By participating in the redesign, I helped increase trust in the product and boost conversion rates. The introduction of online ordering made the process convenient for users. [https://lnkd.in/dxwvCywr]. These projects enriched my experience and deepened my understanding of design, inspiring me to explore product and UX/UI design further. 📌I am currently looking for junior-level projects, either remotely or in Poland, to grow and explore both directions. P.S. I would greatly appreciate a like or a repost, as it can help me find a job faster. 😊 #UXdesign #UIdesign #ux #ui #productdesign

In 2014, I took a leap and moved to Dubai. Becoming an I.T. Manager in a real estate company was a big shift. → New city → New challenges → New responsibilities It was hard, but I knew it had to be done. Because growth never happens inside the comfort zone. It just holds you back from achieving greatness. You have to take the risk and step out. Managing I.T. for a large company was no small task, But it shaped my skills and broadened my perspective. Every challenge I faced there taught me, How to solve problems with innovation and efficiency. That experience? It was a game-changer for my career. It was just the beginning of a strong career, and today, I’m a professional UI/UX designer helping many clients. You see if you want to succeed. You have to step out of your comfort zone. Take on the challenge that scares you. Because progress starts outside the comfort. P.S. Have you ever taken a leap that changed your life?

🌟 Embracing New Horizons in the UAE 🌟 Six months ago, I made the bold decision to move from Pakistan to the UAE, driven by a desire to explore the vibrant market here as a UX/UI designer. This journey has been nothing short of transformative. From day one, I've been immersed in a melting pot of diverse cultures, which has been a fascinating contrast to my experiences back home. The IT industry here is dynamic, and the way businesses operate is refreshingly different, offering me new perspectives and learning opportunities. Navigating this new landscape hasn't been without its challenges. I've faced ups and downs and had to step out of my comfort zone more times than I can count. Yet, each of these experiences has been incredibly enriching, shaping my professional and personal growth in ways I never imagined. I've come to realize that sometimes, it's better to take a step that makes you proud of yourself, so you don't live with the regret of not trying. Here's to all the amazing experiences the UAE has offered me so far, and to many more ahead! 🚀 #LifeInUAE #UIUXDesign #Diversity #GrowthJourney #NewBeginnings #ProfessionalGrowth

Recently, I came across a prototype post by a UX designer that felt too much complex, tangled thread and intricate tufts. It made us thought—does complexity truly equal quality in UX design? So, I decided to create this carousel post for prototype simplicity. A clean, straightforward prototype enhances usability and allows UXer to interact with their designs without unnecessary complications. "Simplicity is a power of design" (M.Nawaz Ashraf). First of all, a big thanks to Harry Silvester for sharing the incredible journey of Hamdan Rejees! 🙌 As I went through your post, it wasn’t just the “How to Land a Job in UAE” topic that caught my attention. What truly stood out 💡 were the insightful articles by Hamdan Rejees on Medium, which sparked a reflection on my early days as a UX designer. Back then, I faced a common challenge 🎯 many beginners encounter: pursuing ideas I was genuinely passionate about. However, I was often told by some so-called "Product Designers" that "It's not our job to work on ideas; we just follow trends." Instead of letting that discourage me, I chose a different path. I worked hard, focused on creating thoughtful designs, and refined my ideas—all of which helped me attract great clients and grow in my career. Conclusion: This post resonated deeply with me as an experienced designer. It’s a reminder that everyone should try solving problems rather than merely following others' opinions. 🚀
Struggling to land a design job in Dubai? You’re certainly not alone. Right now, Product Designer (UX/UI) roles in Dubai are receiving over 500 applications within just 14 days. So, how do you stand out in such a competitive market? Enter Hamdan Rejees, A designer who found himself facing the same daunting odds as hundreds of other talented applicants. Frustrated by the lack of responses, he decided to take a different approach. He didn’t stumble upon a LinkedIn cheat code. Instead, he focused on unconventional ways to showcase his value—doing what others weren’t. The best part? Hamdan is now sharing his journey to inspire and support other designers facing the same challenges. Huge kudos to you, Hamdan, for not only breaking through but also giving back to the design community. Thank you for sharing your story. 🔗 in comments

🛑 Have you ever found out that your CV has been sent to a company without your consent?🛑 The amount of times I heard this from candidates this last week, and it's concerning to say the least. Whether its recruiters cutting corners or a mishap - YOU, as a candidate, should ALWAYS know whose desk your CV lands on. It typically comes when speaking with generalists, which is why it is important to connect with recruiters who are experts in your industry! Agree? #Recruitment #UX #UI #ProductDesign #ExperienceDesign #ServiceDesign #Amsterdam #Dubai aspexx.

Do you have a 'Reply-All' habit you can’t shake? You know, the person who hits 'Reply All' on every email. Even when it’s just a simple "Thanks!" and you’re left wondering if they meant to thank the entire company. But here’s the thing... what if that "Reply-All-Responder" is you? It’s easy to become one, especially when you’re in the flow of work. But let’s be real: does everyone really need to see this? Or am I just adding to the clutter in everyone’s day? Now, before I hit that button, I pause and ask: is this email meant for everyone, or just a select few? It’s a small step, but one that my coworkers (and their inboxes) appreciate. Next time, resist the urge. Your coworkers (and their inboxes) will thank you.. I’m always thinking about how we can communicate more effectively—whether it’s in design or daily interactions. ------------------------------------- Hi, I'm a UI/UX designer based in Dubai. Passionate about tossing aside design hassles! Ready to streamline your user experience or bring your project to life? Let’s talk! #office #humor #email #etiquette #workplace #woes #design

As a junior designer with two years of experience, I've learned that creating your own vision is crucial for building a unique style and showcasing your creativity. However, it's equally important to replicate the designs of peers, leaders, and those with more years of experience. By attempting to mimic established designs, you can better understand the underlying principles, workflows, and techniques that make those designs successful. This practice sharpens your attention to detail, broadens your skill set, and helps you recognize the nuances that elevate a design from good to exceptional. I recently attempted to replicate the design of the Marriott website. I appreciate your feedback on how close I got to the original and what areas I can improve to further enhance my skills. Below is my design and here is also a link to the Figma file to view said design https://lnkd.in/eYCTnQth PSS - what do you think of my design? not bad eh 😁 Marriott Hotels Marriott International Marriott Vacations Worldwide Marriott Bonvoy #ux #ui #design #feedback #marriott #graphicdesign #design #developer #UXUI
